Ron helped me get an absolutely stellar car. He was wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond my expectations. If I could, I'd be giving him 6 stars. This was my first time buying a car from someone not family or friend, so I had no idea what to expect, especially in the used car market, but he was friendly, communicative, and so helpful, answering questions and providing information to be as transparent as possible. And when I got the car, it was gorgeous - both inside and out - and ran like a dream. He was absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend him enough.

We have now purchased 2 Commercial Vans from Ron at USA Auto, they made it so easy especially the last one which did not exist in his inventory but within 3 hours we were bidding on the van and one it by days end. They went above and beyond our needs.

Just purchased from USAuto Fleet Group very recently, so it's too soon to say anything about the car. So far, so good. As for the purchase process, it was a breeze. No extended haggling, no hard sell. I drove the car, I liked it, I made an offer, they countered, I accepted, done. The only hassle was on the part of my bank! Ron was easy to work with and there was minimal shuffling of paperwork as there tends be when buying from a dealer. Would recommend and buy from here again.
